The Organisation Development (OD) Specialist – a strategic change partner, improving organisational effectiveness.

The OD Specialist focusses on patterns within large, organisational eco-systems, looking for connections to signpost how organisations can enhance their effectiveness and performance.

They value visual communication tools they can use to enable others to make sense of their environment, including bespoke rich pictures and the visual capture of crucial conversations.
