60 minutes goes fast, but the impact of your webinar doesn’t have to end when the conversation concludes.
Digital graphic recording brings tangible value to short online webinars by making the conversation visible. As ideas are shared, they are captured live as a visual narrative or created rapidly after the webinar and distributed to participants whilst memories of the conversation are still warm.
To demonstrate our work in this field, we are showcasing our relationship with the team at Civica, a global software company. Inky Thinking and Civica have collaborated over an extended period to deliver engaging visual summaries of their online thought leadership conversations, many in partnership with Civil Service World.
For example, here’s a digital graphic Becky created for a webinar on the topic of Improving the Financial and Operational Health of Schools. This was a fast-moving and technical conversation which needed Becky’s complete focus.

Another example is created by Felipe. AI is a particularly hot topic, and this webinar was an early exploration of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the public sector.

Finally, here’s an example created by Fiona on Digital Services in the public sector, visually capturing thinking from current challenges to potential solutions.

Whatever the topic, when people can see their ideas take shape their understanding deepens, and building a shared reference point creates a sense of community.
The final digital graphic becomes a lasting asset that keeps the conversation alive and can be used as a basis for webinar participants to brief others who weren’t able to join, or used across social media channels to publicise your thought leadership.
At Inky Thinking we are proud to collaborate with global thought leaders and subject matter experts just like the team at Civica, creating engaging illustrations that are used as the basis for high impact, post-webinar communication.
