About our client:

A multinational manufacturing organisation, designing and manufacturing well-known, premium iconic brands.

What our client needed:

Our client was planning a global infrastructure programme, with a laser focus on providing the customer with an integrated, premium experience. This multi-million pound project required Board level buy-in, however the complexity of the project itself meant that a clear and concise business case was needed, conveying the organisational benefits succinctly, leading to Board endorsement and funding allocation.

How we worked with the client:

Given the significant impact of this programme on the organisation a structured approach was needed to fully understand the needs of the audience (in this case the Board) and the key messages that needed to be conveyed.

Tom & Felipe designed and facilitated an on-site workshop with the client team to seek clarity on the story to be conveyed and exploring supporting imagery. Following the workshop Felipe created a series of building illustrations, used in PowerPoint format to build a compelling business case, iterating these with the client until the client was delighted with the result.

The result:

Board endorsement and funding agreement for the programme, and a deck to be used with leaders in relevant functions to enable a detailed understanding of the programme and their role within it.

'Provided the Board with exactly what was needed to foster engagement and obtain buy-in.'
