Our client:
Beyond Transactional, the overriding philosophy of Collaborate Business Solutions, enables organisations from “getting things done” to “empowering people to thrive”. Using a connected set of approaches, Beyond Transactional helps individuals, teams and whole organisations understand themselves more deeply, work more intentionally, and build cultures where people feel seen, supported and able to flourish.
What our client needed:
Our client, Louisa, was seeking to communicate their offering of an interconnected personal, team and organisational development approaches using a visual approach so all benefits can be seen and understood on one, engaging vision graphic. This visual summary would be used on the company’s website, social media and in collateral shared with current and potential clients. Elements of the graphic will also be used on the Beyond Transactional website.
How we worked with the client:
This was a highly collaborative effort between Louisa and Jenn at Inky Thinking. Jenn spent time with Louisa seeking to understand the nature of Collaborate and what sits behind Beyond Transactional, along with the benefits clients receive through services including Breaking™ & Stretch™, Lumina Spark and the Emotional Culture Deck. Based on this initial conversation Jenn created an initial digital concept which was built in dialogue with Louisa, including graphics that appropriately represented diversity and a font that suited the brand.
The result:
An engaging one-page vision graphic offering an insight into each of the development services offered, plus illustrations which are used independently across the website. You can find this graphic on the Beyond Transactional website - https://beyondtransactional.co.uk/our-vision/

“Working with Jenn was so easy and she really understood what I was looking to achieve. We worked collaboratively across the whole project and Jenn adapted so well to all my little tweaks (and me changing my mind!) The whole process also got me to think about not only the picture, but the font, which led to a change on our whole website. I can’t thank Jenn and the wider Inky Thinking team enough for all their support and creativity.”
