Our client:
Campari Group is a major player in the global spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, spanning across Aperitifs, including iconic brands like Aperol and Campari, Agave spirits such as Espolòn tequila, Whiskeys and Rum, with Wild Turkey and Appleton Estate, as well as Cognac and Champagne, including Courvoisier and Grand Marnier. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group operates via 24 production sites worldwide and its own distribution network in 27 countries. Campari Group employs approximately 5,000 people (correct at January 2026).
What our client needed:
Inky Thinking enjoys an established relationship with the HR Academy and Campus University teams at Campari Group, creating visual assets for in-person leadership conferences and learning programmes, and digital assets hosted on Miro for strategic planning.
In the summer of 2025 the senior global HR team held a half year learning retrospective, to review and reflect on achievements across the HR organisation including HR competency alignment and the strengthening of internal coaching capability. Our client was seeking a live, digital graphic capture of the conversation, forming a lasting record of the key messages which could be cascaded throughout the organisation.
How we worked with the client:
Verity collaborated closely with client to fully understand the purpose and outcomes of the session, and to propose the best approach to capturing the conversation virtually. Having created a draft visual structure in preparation, Verity joined the team on Microsoft Teams, listening to the dialogue to ensure the most important messages were recorded live.
The result:
An engaging, one-page digital graphic summarising the conversation, providing all session participants with a document they could use to as a communication tool to inspire Camparistas who were not able to join the conversation.

“A perfect capture of our conversation, and a tool to use with the wider team too.”
